Hypnosis is a state of pleasant physical and mental relaxation often in a heightened state of awareness. It occurs anytime you becomes deeply relaxed and/or highly focused. Think about the last time you were driving somewhere, "spaced out", and you snapped out of it minutes later. Or if you watch children deeply immersed in the games they are playing. That’s Hypnosis, and it occurs naturally on a daily basis.
During a hypnosis session, you will neither be asleep nor unconscious. In fact, you’ll generally hear and remember most of what I, as the hypnotist, say. Therefore, you remains fully in control of your actions and feels safe throughout the session. As you can see, Hypnosis has nothing to do with submission. In fact, for Hypnosis to be successful, it’s essential that both you, as the person being hypnotized, and I, as the hypnotist, cooperate throughout the process.
In this deep state of relaxation and focus your conscious mind steps into the background and we can tap into your subconscious mind, which is the part of our mind where a lot of our thoughts and deep-rooted beliefs, emotions, behaviors, and automatic patterns originate. Hypnosis allows us to explore the root causes of your challenges, often uncovering subconscious memories or traumatic experiences that have shaped your current thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. By gently guiding you back to these origins, we can gain insight into unresolved issues that may be holding you back. Once we identify the root cause, we work together to heal and resolve these patterns, allowing for profound and lasting change. This approach is especially effective for addressing deep-seated fears, traumas, and limiting beliefs, helping you to move forward with clarity and confidence.
Before our first session, I will provide you with a thorough briefing, and you'll have plenty of time to ask any questions you might have about this powerful and transformative method. If you have any concerns or need more information in the meantime, please don't hesitate to reach out to me.
