I am a Mental Health Counselor, Hypnotherapist, and Life Coach, licensed in Germany. I am currently based in Kigali, Rwanda.


I specialize in Mental Health Coaching.

Here’s how it can work for you:

  • From our very first session, you’ll begin learning practical, hands-on tools that you can immediately apply to reduce your suffering.
  • I believe in working on multiple levels: engaging the conscious mind for understanding and action, while also diving deeper into the subconscious (through hypnosis), where many of our limiting beliefs, traumas, and patterns are rooted, so we can release and transform them.
  • At the same time, we’ll gain clarity on the direction you want your life to take—identifying your core values and deepest priorities.
  • Through this holistic approach of working with the mind, the body, and the subconscious – we don’t just alleviate symptoms, but lay the groundwork for lasting change and a healthier, more joyful and truely fulfilling life.
