While it is not a panacea, nor a substitute for medical or psychiatric attention, hypnosis has proven effective for countless issues, from overcoming test anxiety and bad habits (e.g. smoking) to curbing procrastination, losing weight and boosting self-confidence. So, the chances are excellent it can help you as well.
