As a Mental Health Counselor (licensed in Germany), certified in Integrative Psychotherapy, Hypnotherapist, and Life Coach - and through my own personal journey - I’ve developed a unique and holistic approach called Integrative Mental Health Coaching.
I firmly believe in the innate goodness within each and every one of us. I trust that you already hold the wisdom and power to heal and evolve - even if that feels far from your current experience. My role is to bring my knowledge, experience, and compassionate presence to create a safe, supportive space where you can address your concerns. From this foundation, a path emerges that is uniquely yours - centered on your healing, personal growth, well-being, and self-empowerment.
I am convinced that there is no one-size-fits-all solution in Mental Health Coaching. We are all unique, shaped by our individual stories, patterns, challenges, and talents. This is why I draw from a wide range of approaches, methods, and techniques from both psychotherapy and coaching - making my approach truly integrative and holistic.
What makes this approach so powerful is how these elements - mind, body, and subconscious work - come together. By addressing all three dimensions simultaneously, we don’t just alleviate symptoms - we lay the groundwork for lasting change, giving you practical and highly effective tools to continue your growth beyond our sessions. This comprehensive and holistic method ensures that your progress feels not only real but deeply rooted in who you are.
I’ve seen clients experience far more than relief from emotional pain. Many have shared how they’ve discovered a renewed sense of clarity, joy, and purpose in their lives - feeling liberated from what has held them back. Through this integrative approach, I've witnessed breakthroughs that leave clients feeling calmer, more empowered, and finally able to take confident, meaningful steps toward the life they’ve always wanted to live.
Psychological and emotional challenges are often approached on a purely mental level. However, I strongly believe that for change to be lasting and meaningful, the body must also be part of the healing journey. Reconnecting with the physical self and developing body awareness are essential aspects of growth. From our very first session, I’ll introduce practical, hands-on exercises that you can use on your own to calm your nervous system and regulate emotions. These techniques, rooted in modern trauma therapy and trauma-sensitive coaching, have brought relief to many people - even after years or decades of emotional pain.
In addition to working with the body, I place great emphasis on engaging both the conscious and subconscious mind. The subconscious is where our life experiences, deep-seated beliefs, and automatic patterns reside, and it plays the key role in shaping how we think, feel, and act – in how we experience life. Through Hypnosis or Yager Therapy, we can access the subconscious to identify and heal maladaptive patterns. Hypnosis, in particular, has been scientifically validated in countless studies for its effectiveness in facilitating profound, lasting change.
I also use EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), a highly effective method for addressing the root causes of emotional distress. By targeting unprocessed memories and core beliefs stored in the brain’s implicit memory system, EMDR helps resolve subconscious patterns and heal traumatic experiences. EMDR has been supported by decades of scientific research and is widely recognized for its effectiveness.
To complement these methodologies that work on a subconscious level, I incorporate Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). ACT is an evolution of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) that bridges evidence-based psychology with mindfulness and acceptance practices. Through this approach you will learn to accept difficult emotions, and step away from unhelpful thought patterns instead of perpetually fighting against them. You will be empowered to take meaningful action toward your goals and live a life aligned with your core values. ACT has also been widely researched and proven effective for a variety of mental health issues and in coaching contexts.
